Pitching Evaluation

- Our 60 min evaluation process consists of the analysis of delivery, velocity, mechanics, posture, technique, tempo, rhythm, timing and the command of pitches. Proball’s pitching coach will then build a pitching lesson plan customized to the individual athlete
Hitting Evaluation

- Our 60 min evaluation consists of looking at swing path consistency, strengths, and weaknesses, power, timing, how the athlete hits to all 3 fields, and baseball IQ with off-speed pitches. Proball's hitting coach will build a customized Hitting Lesson plan for the individual athlete
